Cookies

What cookies and local storage are
Cookies are small files that a website stores in your browser. Local storage (localStorage) works in a similar way, but the data stored there is not sent to the server. Both are covered by the same rules (the ePrivacy rules, in Poland Article 399 of the Electronic Communications Law).
What we do not use
The Site does not set its own cookies. It does not use advertising or tracking cookies, Google Analytics, advertising pixels or tools that follow you across other websites.
Browser local storage
When you use the Site’s features, we store in your browser’s local storage:
- pt_coupon: selections added to the bet slip and the stake,
- pt_favs: favourite leagues and teams (stars),
- pt_side: the chosen table view (home, away, overall),
- pt_tax: whether the slip deducts tax from the stake.
This data stays only on your device until you delete it. It is needed for features you use yourself, so it does not require consent.
Cloudflare
The Site is delivered through the Cloudflare network. In exceptional situations (e.g. suspected automated traffic) Cloudflare may set technical cookies, such as cf_clearance after passing a security check or __cf_bm to recognise bots. They serve security only, do not track you and are necessary to deliver the page.
Visit statistics (Cloudflare Web Analytics) are counted without cookies and without local storage. We only see aggregate data, such as the number of page views.
Why there is no consent banner
We only use technologies necessary for the Site to work and for the features you ask for, so consent is not required. If we ever add tools that need it (e.g. ads or analytics with cookies), we will ask for your consent before storing anything.
How to delete stored data
You can delete cookies and site data at any time in your browser settings (usually: Settings, Privacy, Site data) or browse the Site in private mode. Deleting the data removes your bet slip and favourites. You can also block local storage, but then the bet slip and favourites will not work.
