Privacy policy

This is a translation. If it differs from the Polish version, the Polish version prevails.

1. Data controller

The controller of personal data is the operator of the PropsyTypera Site:

2. What data we process

The Site has no user accounts, forms, newsletter or comments. We do not ask for your name or e-mail address. We only process:

• technical data written to the server logs on every visit: IP address, date and time, the address of the page opened, the response code, the referring page and browser information (User-Agent),
• the IP address held for about a minute in the server’s memory to limit excessive requests from one address,
• data from e-mails, if you write to us (e-mail address, content and anything you choose to give).

Settings such as the bet slip or favourite teams are stored only in your browser and do not reach our server (see the Cookie policy).

3. Purposes and legal bases

• running and securing the Site, protecting it against abuse and attacks, finding errors: Article 6(1)(f) GDPR (our legitimate interest),
• aggregate visit statistics (number of visits, popular pages, country), without cookies and without building profiles: Article 6(1)(f) GDPR,
• replying to messages and handling complaints: Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, and for complaints also Article 6(1)(b) GDPR (performance of the service agreement).

4. How long we keep data

• server logs: up to 14 days, then deleted automatically; they may remain up to 7 days longer in server backups,
• IP address in the request limiter: about 1 minute,
• correspondence: as long as needed to deal with the matter, then until any claims become time-barred.

5. Who receives the data

We entrust data only to service providers without which the Site could not work:

• Hetzner Online GmbH (Germany): the server the Site runs on,
• Cloudflare, Inc.: the network that delivers the Site (speed, protection against attacks, aggregate cookieless visit statistics from Cloudflare Web Analytics),
• Google: fonts (Google Fonts) downloaded by your browser from Google’s servers, which see your IP address in the process,
• the e-mail provider, if you write to us.

Cloudflare and Google may also process data in the United States. Such transfers are based on the European Commission’s adequacy decision (EU-US Data Privacy Framework) or on standard contractual clauses approved by the Commission. We do not sell data or share it with advertisers.

6. Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure and restriction of processing, and the right to object to processing based on legitimate interest. You can also lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority, in particular in the country where you live (in Poland: the President of the Personal Data Protection Office, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw).

In the server logs we only know an IP address, not your name or e-mail. If you want to exercise your rights regarding the logs, give us the IP address and the approximate time of the visit, otherwise we may be unable to identify you (Article 11 GDPR).

7. Other information

Providing data is voluntary, but a page cannot technically be shown without an IP address. We do not take decisions based solely on automated processing and do not profile users.

If the way we process data changes (e.g. accounts, a newsletter or ads are introduced), we will update this policy before the change.
